Easy loaded hash brown potato soup: frozen hash browns, condensed soup, cheese, bacon, green onions. Flavorful comfort in a bowl!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (28 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 42 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large potato, peeled and diced
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons bacon bits, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Add hash browns, chicken broth, condensed soup, potato, onion, and pepper to the slow cooker. Cook on Low until potatoes are tender and soup is hot, about 3 to 5 hours.
  • Add softened cream cheese to the mixture and whisk gently until melted and fully incorporated. Serve in bowls and top with delicious Cheddar cheese, crispy bacon bits, and fresh green onions for a delightful finishing touch.
