Cheesy hash brown casserole with creamy blend of soups, sour cream, veggies, and spices. Make ahead and chill for easy entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • paprika to taste
  • 0.25 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine hash browns, potato soup, celery soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, milk, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, then sprinkle with parsley, paprika, and cheese.
  • Roast in a fully preheated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
