Spooky Halloween dessert made with Bisquick® Original mix - a tasty delight!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
  • 7 drops yellow food color
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 10 chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 large pretzel rod
  • 20 pretzel sticks
  • Assorted candies (See Special Touch tip below)
  • 2 Vienna-style creme-filled sandwich cookies, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously grease a 12-inch pizza pan. In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar, margarine, vanilla, and egg until well blended. Mix in the baking mix until a soft dough forms. Press the dough into the pan and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow it to cool completely before serving.
  • Blend in vibrant food color into the velvety frosting until it reaches your desired hue. Gently coat the entire cookie with the colorful frosting. Generously sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies over one half of the frosted cookie for added texture and flavor.
  • Create a charming scene by using pretzels to make a fence and tree, adding candy corn for leaves. Place cookie halves in frosting for tombstones. Flatten gumdrops and cut them into shapes of a bat, moon, and ghost, then place them on the cookies. Finish by adding pumpkins and gummy worms for a spooktacular touch.
