Whip up delightful bagel pizzas with Hawaiian toppings in just 20 mins for a quick and kid-friendly dinner. Customize with your family's favorite toppings.
Ingredients:
  • 4 plain bagels
  • 20 baby bocconcini, drained (see note)
  • 90g (1/3 cup) pizza sauce
  • 60g double smoked ham, coarsely chopped
  • 227g can pineapple pieces in juice, drained
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C (200C fan-forced) and prepare a large baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • Lay the bagels on the tray. Pile 3 bocconcini in the middle of each bagel, then evenly distribute the pizza sauce, ham, and pineapple among the bagels.
  • Separate the remaining bocconcini into chunks and place them on top of the bagels. Season to your liking. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese turns a lovely golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
