Sweet and tangy Hawaiian coleslaw with pineapple, onion, and creamy dressing - perfect with pulled pork.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8.5 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine coleslaw mix, pineapple, and onion in a bowl.
  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, brown sugar, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth. Pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Chill in the refrigerator.
