Elevate your Christmas with festive hazelnut eggnog.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 772.50 gm hot milk
  • 250.00 ml hazelnut liqueur (see note)
  • 189.38 gm thickened cream
  • Ground nutmeg, to serve
Instructions:
  • Beat egg yolks and sugar with an electric mixer until thick and creamy. Mix in hot milk, liqueur, and cream. Set aside.
  • Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold egg whites into liqueur mixture, then pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving warm or cold.
