Indulgent graham cracker crust with a twist - using non-fat yogurt and cocoa, mixed with brown sugar and crumbs. Bakes in 5 mins for a perfect base for any creamy filling of your choice.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, yogurt, and brown sugar in a medium bowl, then firmly press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan.
  • Place in a piping hot oven for 5 minutes.
