Healthy 3-ingredient banana mini muffins recipe

Quick and easy mini banana muffins made with ripe bananas, yogurt, and flour. Low fat and sugar-free, great for kids' lunches or a guilt-free treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 180g (2/3 cup) thick and creamy vanilla yoghurt
  • 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced and generously grease a 24-hole mini muffin pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together yogurt and banana. Gently fold in flour until just combined.
  • Scoop batter into muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
