Boost your mornings with a nutrient-packed smoothie made with frozen and fresh superfoods like bananas, pineapples, and berries.
Ingredients:
  • 750ml (3 cups) almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled, sliced
  • 35g (1/3 cup) rolled oats
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 100g frozen pineapple pieces
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) frozen acai puree
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 200g frozen mango
  • 1 fresh mint sprig, leaves picked
  • 125g frozen raspberries
  • 100g hulled strawberries
Instructions:
  • Blend together the almond milk, banana, oats, and honey until perfectly smooth. Divide the mixture evenly among 4 jugs.
  • Combine the pineapple and spinach in a jug, then blend until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 large glasses.
  • Combine the acai and blueberries in a separate container, transfer to the blender, and blend until creamy. Divinely pour into glasses for a perfect serving.
  • Combine ripe mango chunks and fresh mint in a separate pitcher. Transfer the mixture into the blender and process until silky smooth. Divide the blended mixture evenly among the serving glasses.
  • Combine the raspberries and strawberries in the jug. Transfer the mixture to the blender and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture among glasses and serve.
