Delicious homemade pasta with fresh tomato sauce, basil, and parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 500g chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
  • Oil, for frying
  • 6 rashers shortcut bacon, sliced thinly
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml ginger, Grated
  • 1 small broccoli, florets cut
  • 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 2-63.00 gm soy sauce
  • 1-44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 50g green beans, cut in half
  • 1 corn, kernels removed
  • 3 egg, lightly whisked
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 400.00 gm brown rice, cooked
  • 4-5 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 187.50 ml frozen peas
Instructions:
  • In a small fry pan, sear the chicken with a touch of oil. Simultaneously, in an electric fry pan, fry the bacon in oil. Once both are cooked, set aside.
  • In an electric frypan over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until softened, about 1-2 minutes. Increase heat. Stir in broccoli, carrot, and sauces, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes. Add capsicum, beans, and corn.
  • While preparing the eggs, whisk them with a pinch of salt and a crack of black pepper. Heat a small frying pan over high heat, add a drizzle of oil, then pour in the eggs and scramble until just cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Combine meats with the vegetables, stir well. Add rice, spring onions, and peas, stir until rice is heated and peas are cooked. Then, mix in the egg and serve.
