Instant Pot® chicken breasts: quick, juicy, tender perfection. Endless meal possibilities.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt
  • 1 cup water
Instructions:
  • Preheat a multi-functional pressure cooker like Instant Pot® on Saute mode. Heat olive oil until hot, then add chicken breasts and brown each side for 5 to 10 minutes. Season with salt, pour in water, and simmer for 1 minute to deglaze. Switch off Saute mode, seal the lid securely.
  • Choose high pressure setting based on manufacturer's guidelines, then set timer for 10 minutes. Let pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method as per manufacturer's instructions for around 5 minutes, then unlock and remove the lid.
