Whip up a healing Instant Pot bone broth using chicken scraps, turmeric, and ginger for a nourishing addition to your healthy diet.
Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken carcass
  • 2 carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 4 cups warm water, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Place chicken carcass, carrots, celery, vinegar, turmeric, garlic, and ginger in an Instant Pot. Fill with enough water to cover the ingredients. Seal the lid, set to Manual for 120 minutes, and wait for pressure to build for 10-15 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for a natural-release method, waiting for 10 to 40 minutes. Open the lid, cool slightly, and strain through a fine strainer to remove any bones and vegetable pieces.
