Savor rich turkey bone broth in minutes with an Instant Pot - cozy comfort in a cup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 carcass from a 10-pound cooked turkey, cut into pieces
  • 12 cups water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into 3-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 small bunch fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme stems with leaves
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
Instructions:
  • Place the turkey carcass, water, bouillon cubes, celery, onion, parsley, thyme, cider vinegar, and peppercorns into your Instant Pot® to infuse incredible flavor into your broth.
  • Securely seal the lid and set to high pressure following manufacturer's guidelines. Adjust timer to 90 minutes and wait for pressure to build for 30 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to release pressure naturally for 10 to 40 minutes. Then carefully use the quick-release method according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh colander, separating the broth from solids; let it cool.
