Instant Pot turkey tacos with flavorful salsa ranchera - a quick and easy hearty meal!
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1.25 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1 (7 ounce) can salsa ranchera (such as HERDEZ®)
Instructions:
- In a multi-functional pressure cooker on the Saute setting, heat oil. Add ground turkey and cook until mostly browned, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes. Stir in salsa ranchera until well combined.
- Secure the lid tightly, then choose high pressure as per manufacturer's guidance and set the timer for 15 minutes. Let the pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Carefully quick-release pressure following manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Remove lid after unlocking.
