"Instant Pot beef stroganoff, easily made with ground turkey for a healthier twist, perfect for pleasing crowds and families."
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 16 ounces chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 2 onions, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat a multi-functional pressure cooker like Instant Pot on Saute mode. Brown ground beef, mushrooms, onions, and garlic until beef is crumbled and onions are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in water, soup, noodles, Worcestershire sauce, and dry soup mix. Seal the lid securely.
  • Follow manufacturer's high pressure setting and set the timer for 3 minutes. Let pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • When the pressure naturally releases for 10 to 40 minutes as per manufacturer's guidance, unlock and lift the lid. Incorporate the sour cream by stirring it in.
