Indulge in a scrumptious coconut pie made effortlessly with Bisquick Heart Smart® mix for a perfect sweet treat for your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
  • 3/4 cup fat-free egg product
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Use a wire whisk or fork to blend all ingredients together in a medium bowl, excluding the whipped topping. Transfer the mixture into the pie plate.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 4 hours until well chilled. Garnish with whipped topping and store in the refrigerator.
