Irresistible Heath Bar cookies loaded with chunks of chocolate-covered toffee candy bar.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped chocolate-covered toffee candy bars (such as Heath®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease baking sheets.
  • Use an electric mixer to blend butter and sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Then, add egg and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  • Combine and sieve flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Mix into the butter mixture. Gently incorporate chopped candy bars into the batter. Place teaspoonfuls of batter onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling racks to fully cool.
