Legend has it, this vibrant and invigorating drink was Hemingway's go-to cocktail.
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes or crushed ice
- 6 tablespoons light rum (3 oz)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice (1 oz)
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 lime slice
Instructions:
- Pour rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup over ice in a highball or tall glass. Finish with a lime slice for garnish.
