Elevate your lamb or pork roast with a flavorful herb yoghurt sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 332.50 ml natural yoghurt
  • 173.25 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh parsley
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh mint
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions:
  • Whisk yoghurt and lemon juice in a small bowl using a fork. Add parsley, dill, mint, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Serve with roast lamb or roast pork.
