Herb, garlic, and salami-topped Brie enveloped in flaky puff pastry, baked golden brown for a delightful appetizer. Perfect for any special occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 2 ounces thinly sliced salami, chopped
  • 1 (2.2 pound) wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • water
  • 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and salami in a bowl. Slice the Brie horizontally to create two wheels. Spread the salami and herb mix on one Brie half and cover with the other half. Position the Brie in the middle of the puff pastry sheet. Fold the pastry around the Brie, sealing it by pressing; add water if needed. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  • Bake the pastry in the preheated oven until beautifully golden for about 30 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes before serving.
