Enjoy a classic Aussie pairing for Australia Day - succulent lamb and vibrant beetroot!
Ingredients:
  • 12 Frenched lamb cutlets
  • 15.00 gm Tuscan seasoning
  • Olive oil spray
  • 150g pkt beetroot salad mix
  • 250g yellow grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2-60.00 ml balsamic dressing
Instructions:
  • Prepare the lamb cutlets by generously seasoning both sides with Tuscan seasoning. Allow the flavors to meld. Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat and sear the lamb for 3-4 minutes on each side until beautifully caramelized.
  • Combine the salad leaves, tomatoes, and dressing in a bowl.
  • Present the herbed lamb cutlets alongside the vibrant beetroot salad.
