Quick and flavorful herb biscuits made with Bisquick, sour cream, and ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons lemon-lime carbonated beverage
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and generously spray an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, sour cream, carbonated beverage, parsley, basil, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir with a fork until a soft dough forms.
  • Using hands dusted with flour, portion the dough into 20 equal pieces. Roll each portion into a ball and arrange them in the pan so they are touching. Gently coat them all with half of the melted butter.
  • Bake until golden brown, then brush with remaining melted butter and serve hot.
