Create a delicious ground beef dish in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
  • 1 lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Progresso™ plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup fat-free egg product
  • 1/4 cup fat-free (skim) milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons canola or soybean oil
  • 1 jar (12 oz) fat-free beef gravy
Instructions:
  • Finely chop 1 cup of mushrooms. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped mushrooms with beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, thyme, and 1 tablespoon of ketchup. Shape into 5 oval patties, each 1/2 inch thick.
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, then cook the patties for about 5 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown.
  • Stir in the rest of the sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, and the gravy. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat, covered, for 5 to 10 minutes until meat thermometer shows 160°F and patties are fully cooked.
