Grill herb-butter shrimp in foil packets, served with crusty bread for dipping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 12x12-inch squares of aluminum foil
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill until it reaches medium heat.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in garlic, rosemary, and basil until garlic is fragrant and starting to brown, about 5 minutes. Mix in lemon juice, white wine, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place approximately 6 shrimp on each foil square, then generously pour the flavorful butter and herb mixture over the shrimp. Wrap the foil tightly by bringing the corners together and twisting the tops to create sealed packets.
  • Cook the packets on the preheated grill until the shrimp turn opaque and pink, for about 10 to 12 minutes.
