Whip up a crowd-pleasing pudding with ease.
Ingredients:
  • 1.2kg Heston for Hidden Orange Christmas Pudding
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 110g brown sugar
  • 60ml liqueur
  • 1 tsp orange rind, finely grated
  • 1.25 gm Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • Coles Finest Madagascan Vanilla Bean Ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Mix in the liqueur, orange rind, and cinnamon until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with orange zest.
  • Transfer the warm pudding onto a serving plate, slice into wedges, and enjoy with the orange butter and vanilla ice cream.
