Whip up a delicious pork stir-fry in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 450g pkt Fresh Hokkien Noodles
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 500g Stir Fry Pork Strips
  • 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
  • 500g pkt Bird’s Eye Stir Fry Cantonese Frozen Vegetables, thawed
  • 60ml hoisin sauce
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 10.60 gm lemon juice
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
  • Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover them with boiling water. Let them soak for 1 minute. Use a fork to loosen and separate the noodles, then drain well.
  • Heat half of the oil in a wok or large deep frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the pork in batches for 2-3 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  • In the wok over medium-high heat, heat the remaining oil. Stir-fry the onion until soft for about 2 mins. Add the garlic and vegetables and stir-fry until just tender for about 2 mins. Return the pork to the wok, then add noodles, hoi sin, soy sauce, lemon juice, and 2 tbs water. Stir-fry until heated through for about 2 mins. Divide into serving bowls, sprinkle with spring onion, and serve immediately.
