Elevate pork chops with zesty Asian flair using hoisin, ginger, and honey for a quick and delicious meal in just 10 minutes prep time.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 pork boneless loin chops, about 1/2 inch thick (about 1 pound)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Preheat grill for direct heat and combine barbecue sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry, and honey in a 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors meld together.
  • Season pork generously with a blend of garlic pepper, salt, and ginger. Grill covered over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly. Brush with hoisin glaze for the final 5 minutes. Grill until pork is fully cooked and no longer pink in the center.
  • Bring the remaining glaze to a boil and simmer for 1 minute while stirring. Serve the pork with the warmed glaze.
