Hoisin-glazed pork chops: Marinated in spicy-sweet sauce, grilled to juicy perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup hoisin sauce
  • 0.5 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • cooking spray
  • 5 boneless center-cut pork loin chops
Instructions:
  • Combine honey, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, chili-garlic sauce, garlic, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Add pork chops to a resealable plastic bag and pour in half of the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. Store the remaining marinade in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill until it reaches a perfect sizzle and lightly grease the grate. Take out the pork chops from the bag, shake off the extra marinade, and bid farewell to the marinade in the bag. Grill the pork chops, generously brushing them with the remaining refrigerated marinade, until they're beautifully caramelized and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes on each side.
  • Transfer the remaining marinade to a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer and stir continuously until thickened, approximately 5 minutes. Finally, drizzle the sauce over the pork chops.
