Indulge in a flavorful bowl of jasmine rice, baby pak choy, and succulent lamb stir-fry.
Ingredients:
  • 45.50 gm peanut oil
  • 500g lean lamb stir-fry strips
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 200g green beans, trimmed, cut into 5cm pieces
  • 1 bunch baby pak choy, trimmed, leaves separated, stems sliced
  • 67.50 gm hoisin sauce
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat a wok over high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, then cook half of the lamb until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Cook the remaining lamb in the same manner with 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • In a wok, pour in the remaining oil and sauté garlic, beans, and pak choy stems for 2 minutes until beans are tender. Then, add back the lamb, hoisin sauce, and pak choy leaves. Stir-fry for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the leaves wilt. Serve over rice in bowls. Enjoy!
