Hoisin prawn mini pizzas

Delicious mini pizzas, perfect for sharing at any party.
Ingredients:
  • 1 quantity Basic pizza dough (see related recipe)
  • 43.20 gm hoisin sauce
  • 80g snow peas, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 1kg (24) medium green prawns, peeled, deveined
  • 165.00 ml grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare pizza dough and roll it out to a 5mm thickness. Cut out 12 rounds using a 10cm cutter, possibly needing to re-roll the dough. Arrange the bases on a greased baking tray. Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
  • Spread a flavorful layer of hoisin sauce over the rounds, then generously top them with fresh snow peas, succulent prawns, and a sprinkle of rich, melted cheese. Bake for 15 minutes until the prawns are perfectly cooked and the cheese is beautifully melted. Serve and enjoy!
