Festive holiday punch for all ages! Made with cranberry juice, orange juice, bourbon, hard cider, with a kid-friendly option.
Ingredients:
  • For the cinnamon syrup (makes about 2 cups):
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • For the punch (alcoholic version):
  • 4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups bourbon
  • 1 1/2 cups ginger beer
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups hard cider (hard or fresh)
  • Orange and lime slices for garnish
  • For the punch (non-alcoholic version):
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 2 cups apple cider
Instructions:
  • To make the cinnamon syrup, simply combine sugar, water, and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, simmer for 10 minutes, then let it steep for an hour. Remove the cinnamon sticks, transfer to a bottle or container, and let cool. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Chill the punch ingredients: Refrigerate all punch ingredients for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight until thoroughly chilled before serving.
  • Prepare the punch by combining 1/3 cup cinnamon syrup (adjust to taste) with all the other punch ingredients in a large bowl or container. Mix well and serve right away.
