Family heirloom mayonnaise recipe, tried and true.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 0.75 cup vegetable or olive oil
Instructions:
  • In a blender or food processor, blend together the egg, garlic, lemon juice, and mustard until smooth. With the blender on low speed, slowly pour in the oil in a steady stream until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
