Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 medium red potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground paprika
Instructions:
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add potatoes followed by bacon crumbles, the rest of the olive oil, salt, paprika, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and browned, approximately 20 minutes. Serve hot.
