Make creamy, bubbly butterbeer at home without traveling.
Ingredients:
  • For the whipped cream topping
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons butterscotch syrup (homemade or store bought)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • For the drink
  • 1 tablespoon butterscotch syrup (homemade or store bought)
  • 12 ounces cream soda
Instructions:
  • To prepare the whipped cream topping, blend heavy whipping cream, butterscotch syrup, powdered sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Whip until medium peaks form, about 1 to 2 minutes (peaks should flop over when the beater is turned upside down). Set aside.
  • In a chilled pint glass, mix together the rich butterscotch syrup with bubbly cream soda, stirring until perfectly blended.
