Homemade Einkorn Spelt Bread

Wholesome spelt and einkorn bread made effortlessly in your bread machine.
Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups water
  • 2 cups spelt flour
  • 2 cups einkorn flour
  • 0.5 cup oat flour
  • 0.25 cup flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons fast-rising yeast
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Add water, spelt flour, einkorn flour, oat flour, flax seeds, sugar, butter, salt, and yeast into the bread machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Select the Wheat cycle and start.
  • Monitor dough's moisture as it mixes in the machine; incorporate milk as needed for a silky, slightly damp texture. Once the cycle finishes, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later, take out the dough from the machine.
