Whip up fresh, creamy flax seed milk at home in a snap for a richer, more satisfying taste than store-bought options.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup flax seeds
  • 4.5 cups water
Instructions:
  • In a high-speed blender, pulse flax seeds and water for 1 minute. Let it sit for 2 minutes. Pulse for another 1 minute, then rest for 5 minutes. Finally, pulse for 30 seconds.
  • Strain milk through a nut bag or cheesecloth-lined strainer into a pitcher or glass container. Press solids with a spoon to release liquid. Gather cheesecloth around solids, twist, and squeeze out all the liquid.
