Wholesome grain-free dog food packed with essential nutrients for a healthy pup.
Ingredients:
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 pounds ground chicken
  • 6 ounces chicken livers, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seed oil
  • 4 cups baby spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a pot, combine carrots, apples, and water. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until soft, 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Next, gently crack the eggs into a bowl and set them aside. Place the empty eggshells on a baking sheet.
  • Place eggshells in a preheated oven and bake until dry, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Retrieve the eggs from the oven and crush them using a mortar and pestle or a coffee grinder until finely ground.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground chicken, chicken livers, reserved eggs, ground eggshells, and sunflower oil, stirring occasionally, until chicken is browned and crumbly and livers are no longer pink, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Layer the spinach over the meat, cover with a lid, and steam until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Combine the softened carrots and apples in a bowl, mash them with a potato masher, and then add the mixture to the meat. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
