Homemade hot chocolate spoons

Create chocolate stirring spoons for a delightful party favor to enhance hot drinks.
Ingredients:
  • 500g dark chocolate, chopped
  • Turkish delight pieces, chopped, to decorate
  • Mini marshmallows, to decorate
  • Hundreds and thousands, to decorate
Instructions:
  • 1. Set up 20 mini muffin cases on a baking tray. 2. Put the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. 3. Microwave on High for 1 minute. Stir well. 4. Microwave in 10-second intervals, mixing in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and velvety.
  • Gently pour the chocolate into the mini muffin cases and allow it to sit for 30 minutes until it begins to firm up.
  • Insert a small wooden spoon or ice block stick into the center of the chocolate in each muffin case. Garnish with Turkish delight, mini marshmallows, and hundreds and thousands. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.
  • Peel off the muffin cases and wrap the spoons in your favorite packaging like cellophane with ribbons or colored paper. To serve, unwrap and dip in mugs of hot milk. Let it melt slightly, then stir well.
