Wholesome kale chips tossed in sea salt, garlic, and dill, offer a speedy, tasty, and nutritious treat or accompaniment when baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil, or to taste
  • 1 bunch kale - rinsed, dried and chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried dill weed, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and fill a spritzer with oil.
  • Lay out kale on a spacious baking sheet. Evenly spray kale with oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, sea salt, and dill. Mix well to ensure even coating.
  • Bake in the preheated oven, tossing every 5 minutes, until crispy, for 10-15 minutes.
