Ingredients:
  • 20.00 ml cumin seeds
  • 20.00 ml dried coriander leaves
  • 10.00 gm mild paprika
  • 1 tsp ground oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
Instructions:
  • Toast cumin seeds in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, stirring, until aromatic, for about 1-2 minutes.
  • In a mortar, delicately crush the mixture with a pestle until slightly coarse. Add coriander, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and chili powder. Season with salt. Keep in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
