Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 pint half-and-half cream
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whole milk, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Prepare all of the required ingredients.
  • In batches, blend peaches, half-and-half, and sugar until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  • Combine the peach mixture, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla in a large gallon ice cream freezer container. Fill the container up to the line with whole milk (approximately 2 cups). Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker.
