Indulgent homemade white hot chocolate mix - a luxurious treat for chilly days or a thoughtful holiday present!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups skim milk powder
  • 2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon imitation butter flavoring
  • 1 ounce white chocolate
Instructions:
  • Collect all your fresh, flavorful ingredients.
  • Combine milk powder and creamer in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar and butter flavoring until fully mixed. Add to the milk powder mixture and mix vigorously by hand to reduce lumps.
  • Grate white chocolate finely using a microplane or box grater, then gently fold it into the mixture using a spoon, being careful not to melt the chocolate.
