Delicious homemade honey-orange cake recipe. Easy to make and full of flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, sifting them together. Keep aside.
  • Combine sugar, honey, oil, eggs, and orange zest in a large bowl. Gradually mix in the flour mixture and orange juice, stirring until just combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center of the cake. Let it cool.
