Ingredients:
  • 4 sebago potatoes, scrubbed
  • 23.40 gm dijon mustard
  • 12 thin beef sausages
  • 77.55 gm sour cream
  • 40.00 ml finely-chopped chives
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Use a fork to pierce each potato 4 times, then place them directly on the oven rack. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the potato skins are crisp and the insides are tender.
  • In a large shallow ceramic dish, whisk together honey, oil, mustard, and garlic. Add sausages and toss until coated. Refrigerate covered for 1 hour, if possible.
  • Preheat barbecue plate on high until sizzling. Adjust heat to medium. Grill sausages, turning and basting with marinade, for 10 to 12 minutes until fully cooked.
  • Make a cross-shaped cut on the top of each potato. Gently squeeze the base of the potatoes to open them up. Add a dollop of sour cream on top of each potato. Garnish with chives and serve alongside sausages.
