Quick and easy honey mustard chicken recipe using a ready-made base with honey, mustard, and paprika. Ready in less than 30 minutes with pantry staples and customizable with your favorite veggies. Perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small leek, white part only, thinly sliced
  • 500g RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 175g pkt Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base
  • 125ml thickened cream
  • 100g green beans, halved
  • 90g pea
  • 200g white rice
  • 20.00 ml Parsley Flakes
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook leek, stirring, until softened, about 3-4 mins. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 5 mins.
  • Stir in the MasterFoods Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base, cream, and beans, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add peas and continue to simmer uncovered for 2 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  • Prepare the Sunrice Medium Grain White Rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Present the honey mustard chicken and vegetables over a bed of rice, garnished with a sprinkle of parsley flakes.
