Party-perfect Honey Mustard Chicken Wings marinated with honey, mustard, and soy sauce, then oven-roasted for a healthier spin on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 8 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce (or 1 1/2 Tbsp regular soy sauce, use gluten-free soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free version)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 20 chicken wing drummettes
Instructions:
  • Prepare the chicken wings: Rinse and dry them thoroughly. Place in a bowl or marinade bag. Combine crushed garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pour over the wings. Refrigerate for 1 to 24 hours.
  • Prepare for a flavorful feast: Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a roasting pan with foil and top it with a baking rack. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack, ensuring they have room to crisp up beautifully. Roast for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked, adjusting time if needed based on wing size.
