Quick and flavorful chicken tenderloins ready in minutes with a delicious recipe base.
Ingredients:
  • 27.30 gm olive oil
  • 600g chicken tenderloin fillets, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 175g pouch Honey Mustard Chicken Recipe Base
  • 100ml light cream
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • 62.50 ml coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium non-stick pan, heat oil over high heat. Brown chicken for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrot and cook for an additional minute.
  • Combine the recipe base and cream in the pan and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Plate the chicken with steamed rice and garnish with coriander leaves, as desired.
