Ingredients:
  • 1 fully cooked ham slice, about 1 inch thick (1 pound)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
  • Cut the ham into 4 serving pieces, then combine water and honey mustard in a 10-inch skillet before adding the ham.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, flipping the ham halfway through, until it is heated through. Take the ham out of the skillet and keep it warm.
  • Combine sour cream into skillet mixture and heat for 1 minute. Drizzle over ham and garnish with onions.
