Juicy honey-mustard pork chops with a simple blend of mustard, honey, and garlic powder - quick and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 pounds center-cut boneless pork chops - 1/2-inch thick
  • garlic powder, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine the honey and mustard in a small bowl, mixing until well blended.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, sizzle butter until bubbly. Lay down pork chops, dust with half the garlicky powder, sear till golden, around 3 minutes. Flip chops, shower with remaining garlic powder, sizzle for another 3 minutes.
  • Glaze chops with honey-mustard sauce, cooking for 5 minutes. Flip chops, brush with more sauce, and continue cooking until no longer pink inside and thermometer reads 145°F (63°C), about 5 minutes more.
