Baked pork chops coated in sweet honey mustard sauce and crispy panko. A quick and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 (1 1/2 inches thick) pork chops
  • 1 pinch rubbed sage, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, paprika, and lemon juice in a bowl to make the sauce.
  • Combine panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese on a plate. Spread flour on another plate. Drizzle oil over pork chops, then coat them first in flour, followed by honey mustard sauce, and finally the panko mixture. Sprinkle rubbed sage, salt, and pepper on top of the breaded chops and transfer them to a broiler pan.
  • Roast the pork chops in the oven until cooked through, 30-40 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
